Baby Rhyme Time

(starting Monday 5th February 2024)

(babies and toddlers 0-2 years)

Come along for stimulating books, songs, and rhymes for babies and their caregivers. Stay afterwards and enjoy a coffee and chat with other grown-ups, with toys for the babies.
This is a drop-in event … no bookings necessary (runs for 25 minutes).

Baby Rhyme Time sessions are held in the library every:

Monday: 9.30am and 10.30am

Thursday: 9.30am and 10.30am

Preschool Storytime – Free fun!

All two to four year olds and their carers are welcome to join us each week for 25 minutes of stories, songs, rhymes, and afterwards and a simple craft activity. Preschool story time is a special sharing time with your child as well as being great fun.

This is a drop-in event … no bookings necessary

Story time sessions are held in the library every:

Tuesday: 10:30am

Friday: 10:30am

Dolphin Kids – Ready to Read

The Dolphin Kids is a reading log especially for Kindergarten & Pre-school kids.

Kids are encouraged to visit The Grove Library to pick up a reading log and collect their first sticker; only available at then Grove Library.

When you collect all fourteen stickers, you get a special prize from the library.

Trident Club

A club that rewards year 1, 2, 3 and 4 students for reading.

To become a Trident Club Member you must be a member of the Grove Library. Just ask at the counter for your 2024 Trident Club card.

Each time you come into the library, you collect one sticker on your club card.
